All our products will be shipped as per the terms & conditions of Shipment charges indicated at the Price list catalog/Shipping carts. Our products will be shipped through Speed post, through GATI/DHL or any reputed shipping agent. For express shipments like air shipments or three-day shipments the customer incurs additional shipping and handling charges. When the customer places an order, we will notify through email the tracking number and whether the product is shipped through DHL/GATI or Postal service. Depending on the customer’s location it takes at least 7 to 15 business days for the product to reach the customer. Any shipping damages the customer should notify us within Fourteen days(14) and the replacement part or product will be shipped free of cost to the customer, after we receive the damaged product. The customer will not incur any additional shipping charges. If the replacement product or part is out of stock, we will notify the customer when we will receive it. The product or part will be shipped to the customer at the earliest we receive it. Within warranty period, if the product needs to be serviced, the customer will bear the shipping charges to ship the product to the company. The customer needs to pack the product with packaging material like foam, bubble wrap in it’s original box to the service center. The service center will bear the shipping charges to ship the product back to the customer.
For software products, if the solution is offered as a service online, there will be no shipping charges. Hosting charges will be applied as per terms & conditions of the product at the shipping cart.
Shipping and Delivery:
No returns will be accepted without prior email from us to ship the product back to us.
- No returns or refunds on purchases unless due to the following reasons: Shipping Damage, Manufacturing Defect found before usage of the products. for products that are returned for any manufacturing defects, the customer will be required to the send the defective product or parts for free replacement. To benefit our customers, we will not charge any additional fee or shipping charge for the replacement product due to the above stated reasons. Note: Contact us within 14 working days after receiving the shipment to report any problems or defect in the product/service you purchased from us.
- We cannot accept returns due to the following: Damage after usage or Damage due to incorrect usage 3. Shipping Charges for any refunds if applicable, shipping charges are not refundable. The returned product will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges for product return from the customer to us for any reason will not be refunded.
